I provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients of all ages, using approaches such as, CBT, DBT, interpersonal and narrative talk therapy.

I work with clients on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, stress management, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, boundary setting, self-esteem and confidence, body image, identity and self-discovery, burnout, perfectionism and mindfulness.

Currently, I offer virtual sessions only via Zoom.

During the initial session, we’ll explore your concerns, goals, and history to create a personalized plan for therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if I am also the right fit for you.

My standard rate is $150 per session. I can also provide a super-bill for insurance reimbursement.

Currently, I do not accept insurance.

I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a partial or full session fee.
